The only thing mobility-related that would change if we introduced mounts in the manner which I am suggesting is that the classes with less mobility would effectively have perma swiftness whilst traveling from point a to point b. Mesmers and thieves would still have their teleports in addition to swiftness/mounts.

All the mount skins can be dyed. This item has 15 different unlock possibilities. You only get the skins you don't own already i.e. it is not possible to receive duplicate skins. It is possible to buy more licenses than there are skins; if this occurs support must be contacted for a refund. You can get a skin for a mount you do not own, however

Mounts are enormous and ruin the aesthetic that people work for. As it currently stands, you have 7 pieces of armor and 1-2 weapons that define your character overall. You dye the armor to your liking and everything to personalize yourself. A Mount is bigger than all those pieces combined, and wrecks the whole aesthetic. Completing it is required to unlock the Springer mount. You must have the third Raptor mastery, Canyon Jumping, to complete this heart. Walkthrough Contributing actions . Kill Harpies. — 2% heart progress; Destroy Harpy Egg. — 8% heart progress; Pick up Tasty Carrots and Tasty Golden Carrots. — 6% and 11% heart progress respectively
Mounts are great in Guild Wars 2: Path of Fire, and they seem like a massive success, but one thing I am seeing a lot in map chat is how to get certain mounts. Here's a quick little run down of how to get all the mounts, with the exception of the Griffon (as I haven't completed the story yet, and I'm making a separate video/post about it).
Free, Heroic and EoD-only versions don't get it. I was never sure of this. I thought you could always buy skins and unlock them for your account, just not use them obviously cause you wouldn't have any mounts without PoF. But what you're saying is that without PoF you can't even get skins for your account. Interesting.
